The hotel of choice in Miyoshi. Wonderful main touristic property for 2 nights in Miyoshi. Location close to the deep valley, and the cable car that takes people down to the open air onsen. For tea or coffee visit Cafe Dining Hana nearby
No elevator at all.

The public bath was relaxing. Mountain view panoramas visible from rooms. Polite, professional staff. Language barrier, but tried to explain the food. Wish we stayed longer. No stress, able to relax. Excellent food, helpful staff. Amazing onsen, superb room view. Remote area, beautiful scenery. Funicular to outside onsen. Room had outside shower and bath. Hire car provided independence and more sightseeing opportunities.

The hotel's location next to the stream accessed by the cable car was incredible. The breathtaking views of the surrounding valleys were mesmerizing. The staff was friendly and tried their best to communicate in English. The traditional Japanese room with tatami mat and futon, along with the private bath, added to the authentic experience. The public baths, which were tattoo friendly, were relaxing and rejuvenating.
Didn't dislike anything about the property.

Great views from the balcony and spa, also really appreciated the shuttle service into town and the free Wi-Fi.
The food was mostly disappointing and overpriced. We also had issues with the heating and found the staff unhelpful.
